Car buying at all levels should be a fun and enjoyable experience. For far too long, clients have had a pre-determined understanding that car dealerships are out to get them, don’t have their best interest in mind, and look at them as a number on a spread sheet. I can’t blame them, historically, there are a lot of dealerships that operate under those circumstances. At RDS, we operate on different principals. We strive to provide the highest level of service possible while building long term relationships with our clients. We not only want them to think of us when they purchase their vehicles but also want them to use us a benchmark for service in every aspect of their day to day life.
